And don’t forget to prep for your run with some good fall recipes, made especially for runners.

  • Spelt Pancakes – Start your pre-run morning off on the right foot with the perfect carb-heavy breakfast.
  • Pumpkin Mac and Cheese – Fix a little comfort food topped with a runner’s super fruit, pumpkin.
  • Grilled Salmon with Lentil Tabouli – According to Runnersworld.com “salmon is one of the richest sources of the omega-3 fats EPA and DHA available for runners.” This grilled salmon and lentil tabouli recipe is quick and easy to prepare and perfect for a pre- or post-run meal.
