Yahoo! It’s game day! Grab your lucky jersey and your face paint, and get ready for some great Super Bowl snacks, including ones that don’t ruin your New Year’s resolutions!

Baked Onion Rings
The ultimate fried food gets a makeover when you bake it in the oven. Cover thick slices of onion with egg, whole-wheat breadcrumbs, and Old Bay spices, then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes on each side.

Edamame Guacamole
Avocados are bursting with healthy fat, but you can up the nutrition factor by adding fiber and protein with edamame. This recipe mixes pureed edamame, chipotle peppers, and fresh cilantro with mashed avocado and salt and pepper to taste.

Ranch Greek Yogurt Dip
Ranch dip is on the table again for health-conscious eaters when you substitute Greek yogurt for high-fat sour cream and mayo. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice and chopped garlic, chives and parsley, and serve with carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers.
